Building Permits
Planning Departments will be looking for a building permit for sheds or buildings over 161 square feet. No problem.
Most departments are very familiar with our engineer approved buildings. For $50 + tax we’ll provide you engineer stamped drawings for your permit application. All you need to do is submit the permit application, the engineer stamped drawings and a hand drawn layout of your property showing your current buildings and where you would like your new building.
Ontario Building Code 2012 requires tie downs
